I must've dropped them outside of Ascalon City. They point is that I lost my pants in the stupidest way possible and started my character over again.

I had a buncha things on my reanger/necro, nuthin special but stuff I would've liked to have kept for my new character. I had my r/n in post-sear and thought he sucked kinda bad so I thought I would start over with a ranger/monk. I did, but I deleted my r/n before making the new character. The stupid part was I didn't drop all my cool stuff into my stash BEFORE making my new character. Now, if you all will excuse me, I'm gonna go slap myself again.

Hmm.. now this isn't completely GW relevant but.. it's atleast the stupidest thing i've done this week.. Posting on the Guild-Hall forum. Let me just say "Wow", and i'll never do that again.. That much stupidity summoned up in one place was just too much, sad to say really..

Uhm.. anything else.. uhm.. I did the standard "took salvage kit on valuable blue item", though I'm glad it wasn't a unique one

Still though, this has happened to me twice... and the risk is large :P They should make the salvage kit look GREEN, then you can tell the difference..

This wasn't my goof, but apparently it's possible to salvage quest items for the Northern Wall's bonus mission. I was in a group last night, and when it came time to complete the bonus mission, my teammate said, "That's stupid. You shouldn't be able to salvage quest items." We went ahead and finished the main mission, and the whole time we were high-tailin' it away from the Charr army, he kept apologizing for screwing the bonus mission!

I have been reading this website and others to see where certain skills I want can be found. Several that I truly crave can allegedly be gotten in the Temple of the Ages. So, I check out this website's handy dandy map, find where this Temple is, and off I go.

For hours I slog through zone after zone, getting tooled on repeatedly with just me and the henchmen. But I finally get to the Temple whoo hooo! Then I discover that none of the NPCs will sell me any skills or give me any quests. Bah.

Being the persistant sort, I keep clicking on anything and everything there. Finally, either from something I did or something someone else did (you did read that spoiler warning I hope), I find a ghost next to the warrior statue. I click on him and wooot he talks to me! He wants a donation of 1 plat ....

I give the guy 1 plat and presto magico I am teleported to a zone to test my courage. The zone is full of swarms of level 26 mobs. I am level 19 and I don't even have my little henchmen. The swarms beat me like a tied down circus monkey. A message flashes that I failed and I am back in the Temple of the Ages. Clicking on the ghost, he wants another 1 plat. Not this time cowboy.

Thus concludes my heroic journey to The Temple of the Ages.

Don't feel alone....my team and I had just arrived when I talk to this ghost, I figure he's gonna give me some kind of charm so I sell everything get the platinum and give it to him. Much to my teams surprise (they were busy buying and selling) we are suddenly transported to this dark room where we are killed in seconds. They still havn't let me forget it!

on my R/W I got this REALLY cool sword, and I thought *Hey, this character isn't that good anyway, I can give this sword to my new warrior!* and guess what happends...I forget to storage the sword...>.> yep, it's happend to me uhh...once?....twice?...no wait...Three times.

I tried to run through the map area called "The Falls" the other night, figuring there had to be a town or at least a warp in there somewhere. Oooops.

Have you ever been poisoned by Maguuma Spiders while being chased by a pack of around 20-30 Jungle Trolls? Not pretty. My friend took some screenshots of the bitter end, if I can I will try to post it in here when I get home.

Back in the January BWE (my first), I accidentally got naked and it was at least thirty minutes later before I figured out how to get dressed again.
